Refund policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of my Lightroom presets. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, please contact me at 7th.era.co@gmail.com and provide me with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. I will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

If your refund is approved, I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Please also note that I reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our refund policy, such as using my presets for a project and then requesting a refund.
