Day 1 - Craft Heritage
Spend the day photographing Vietnam’s rich craft heritage, starting in the Red Incense Village where vibrant colors and intimate artisan scenes await. After a local lunch, continue to Hung Yen to explore traditional soy sauce making and dramatic bronze casting workshops. This full-day experience offers vivid, authentic storytelling opportunities in both rural and workshop settings.
Day 2 - Coastal Traditions (part 1)
Begin the day early with a drive to Thai Binh province, kicking off with a morning shoot at a black incense village full of bold, graphic scenes. After lunch in Thai Binh City, head to a quiet coastal area to explore and capture life by the sea. End the day with a fresh seafood dinner and an overnight stay at a beachside resort.
Day 3 - Coastal Traditions (part 2)
Start the day capturing sunrise at Infinity Beach and photographing local clam fishers amid stunning tidal landscapes. Explore Diem Dien’s vibrant market and coastal life before a mid-day rest. In the afternoon, head to Dong Chau Beach for a dramatic sunset shoot among stilted fishing huts, ending with dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.
Day 4 - Ninh Binh Explorer
Start with a sunrise shoot at Infinity or Dong Chau Beach, focusing on landscapes and local fishing life. After a rest and lunch by the beach, head back to Hanoi. En route, visit a Nam Dinh craft village to photograph traditional golden silkworm silk-making.
Day 5 - Photo Review Day
A flexible day featuring personalized photo review sessions to refine your skills, with optional city tours to explore Hanoi’s culture. In the evening, join a vibrant low-light photography walk through Hanoi’s bustling night market, capturing neon-lit scenes and dynamic street life. This session offers a perfect blend of learning and immersive urban storytelling.
Day 6 - Long Coc Tea Valley
Start the day exploring a vibrant Hanoi street market and a hidden veterans’ ping pong club, perfect for candid street photography. After lunch, travel to Long Cốc Tea Fields to capture golden hour shots of farmers amid rolling tea hills. End with a homestay dinner and an intimate visit to a family-run tea workshop for evening photography.
Day 7 - Long Coc to Hanoi
Begin the day capturing a dreamy sunrise over Long Cốc’s misty tea hills, with soft light and sweeping views. After breakfast and a relaxed village stroll, enjoy final rural photo moments. In the afternoon, return to Hanoi for a free evening to unwind, explore, or prepare for departure.
Day 8 - Departure
Enjoy a relaxed final morning in Hanoi with complimentary airport drop-off based on your flight time. Optional: extend your trip with a 2-day Ha Long Bay cruise, offering stunning seascapes, limestone karsts, and peaceful photo opportunities to end your journey.
