Thank you for shopping with us at 7TH.ERA! Below, you’ll find details about our shipping process for both physical prints and digital products.
Digital Products
• Delivery Method: Digital products, such as Lightroom presets, are delivered via email immediately after purchase. You’ll receive a download link in your order confirmation email.
• Troubleshooting: If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at liam@7thera.co for assistance.
Physical Prints
• Processing Time:
All print orders are custom-made. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping.
• Shipping Time:
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
• Domestic (Netherlands): 2–5 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
• Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Customs and Import Fees
For international orders, customs or import duties may apply. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
My prints are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Prints are rolled in durable tubes to ensure safety.
Returns and Replacements
We strive for perfection, but if your print arrives damaged:
• Please contact us at liam@7thera.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
• We’ll replace your item free of charge or provide store credit.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed.
