14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
I stand behind everything I sell: the Lightroom preset packs and the 10 Day Street Photography Challenge. If you buy something, genuinely give it a go, and you don't like it, email me within 14 days and I'll refund you. No hoops, no interrogation.
Lightroom presets
Install the presets, run them on a handful of your own photos, and if the look isn't for you, email me and I'll send your money back. That's the whole policy. You don't need a technical fault to qualify. "I tried them and they're not my thing" is a good enough reason.
Definitely covered
- You ran the presets on your own photos and the look just isn't right for the way you shoot
- Presets fail to load in Lightroom Classic or Mobile
- Downloaded files are corrupted or incomplete
- The wrong pack was delivered
- Any technical issue that stops you using what you paid for
The one thing I ask
- Actually open them first. Downloading the pack and asking for a refund the same minute is the only thing I can't cover
- They're built for Adobe Lightroom Classic and Mobile, so I can't cover other editing apps
10 Day Street Photography Challenge
Watch some of the lessons, take them out on a walk, and if the course isn't doing anything for you, email me and I'll refund you. I'd rather give you your money back than have you sitting on something that isn't helping.
Definitely covered
- You watched the lessons, went out and shot, and it genuinely wasn't for you
- Lesson videos won't play or won't load
- You can't get into the course page after buying
- The course isn't what I described on the sales page
- Any technical issue that stops you watching the lessons
The one thing I ask
- Watch a few lessons before deciding. A refund request on a course that was never opened is the only one I can't cover
- Finishing all 10 days and then asking for your money back isn't a refund, it's a free course
- One to one feedback and personal coaching aren't part of this course, so it isn't a fault if they're missing
I'm relying on your honesty here
This isn't a side project. Presets, the course, and the videos I make are what I do full time, and every sale goes straight into paying rent, travel, gear and the time it takes to make the next thing. There's no company behind me and no refunds department. It's just me.
That's why the policy is written the way it is. I could lock it down, demand proof, make you fill in a form and wait a week. I'd rather trust you. If you tried what you bought and it isn't for you, tell me and I'll send the money back the same day, no argument.
All I ask in return is that you're straight with me. Don't download a pack, keep the files, and ask for a refund you know you don't need. Everyone who does that makes it harder to keep offering this to the people who genuinely need it.
How to request a refund
- Email liam@7thera.co within 14 days of your purchase date
- Include your order number
- Tell me in a line or two what happened, and what you tried
No forms, no back and forth. Just a quick email and I'll sort it out.
A note on digital products
Everything I sell is digital. The presets are an instant download and the course unlocks the moment your order goes through, so you have it all the second you buy. Legally that means I don't have to offer refunds at all. I do it anyway, because I'd rather you felt safe buying from me.
Since the files stay on your machine either way, I can only process one refund per customer per email address. It doesn't carry over across multiple purchases or accounts.
