What's covered
- Presets fail to load in Lightroom Classic or Mobile
- Downloaded files are corrupted or incomplete
- Wrong product delivered
- A genuine technical issue that prevents you from using the presets
What's not covered
- Requesting a refund immediately after downloading, without actually trying the presets
- Incompatibility with apps other than Adobe Lightroom (presets are built for Lightroom Classic and Mobile only)
- Issues caused by incorrect installation (the setup guide is in your download folder)
- Accounts that have previously received a refund on a different purchase
If you've loaded the presets, given them a genuine try, and they're just not working for your photos, email me. I'd rather refund you than have you stuck with something that doesn't work for you.
How to request a refund

- Include your order number
- Briefly describe the issue you're experiencing
No forms, no back-and-forth. Just a quick email and I'll sort it out.
A note on digital products
My presets are instant digital downloads. Once you access the download link, the file has been delivered. The one thing I ask is that you actually try them before requesting a refund. If you've given them a real go and they're not for you, I'll sort it out.
I can only process one refund per customer per email address. It doesn't carry over across multiple purchases or accounts.
